Raymond Lord

As an investment property and commercial property specialist with SVN OAK Realty Advisors, in Oklahoma, Kansas and Arkansas, Raymond’s primarily focus on investment and multi-family properties since 1987 and the acquisitions and dispositions for individual clients as well as Institutional Investors. In addition he has an extensive background in the disposition of assets for FNMA, FDIC and in the past the RTC and various institutional investors, and banking assignments throughout the Midwest and Southwest region of the U.S. His forte is comprehensive financial analysis of investments and effective marketing of assets both regionally and nationally. Raymond has transacted over $3.5 billion of transactions, including investment sales, joint ventures, redevelopment and recapitalization advisory assignments.

Hunter Lord

Hunter is a founder and Managing Director at Blue Key Property Management. He has over 7 years of experience in commercial real estate and has a finance degree from the University of Oklahoma. Responsibilities on behalf of clients include the review and analysis of potential acquisitions and dispositions, due diligence, transaction valuation and execution, and detailed financial modeling. This also includes using his well rounded business skills to create company policies that leads to growth and profits, represents company at public events, builds a strong team and mentors and supports the professional development of its leaders and uses management principles to set up and implement business operations following company policies.

Micah Prentice

Micah is a founder and Director of Client Relations at Blue Key Property Management. He has over 12 years of experience in commercial real estate & built multiple service companies in Oklahoma.

Responsibilities include, client relations, deal analysis, management proposal preparation, client acquisition & dispositions. This also includes using his

well rounded business skills to help direct overall operations and management decisions. He exemplifies every one of our core values & facilitates a positive environment for our entire organization. 

Jake Terry

With a double degree in Professional Sales and Finance, Jake has worked in the real estate industry for the past 6 years. This has ranged from hands on work in the construction field, managing 300k of renovation costs a month as a project manager, as well as property management, handling 1200 units independently. As a founder and the head of business operations at Blue Key property management, Jake’s primary focus is to relieve and resolve all issues that arise in day to day operations resulting in designing policies, overseeing customer service and implementing technology solutions. He will also direct, coordinate, and manage operations activities in the organization, ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization and investor.
